Please read these terms of service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal service from the Poo Squad.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

Poo Squad will come to your home and remove the dog waste at whatever frequency you subscribe to (daily, 3 times a week, 2 times a week, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) We have a minimum service charge of $10 for any visit. All pricing is based on a backyard size of an 1/8th of an acre. Yards bigger than this will be based on size for an additional charge. If you would like your front yard cleaned also, this will be an additional charge, based on size. There is a first time clean up fee of $35 plus $15 per additional 5 gallon bucket that we remove. UPON SCHEDULING – the first time clean up fee of $35 will automatically be charged to your card.

ACCESSING YOUR YARD

It is your responsibility to make sure that Poo Squad has access to the area that you need cleaned and that aggressive dogs are not in the yard. Many Poo Squad customers will use padlocks with combinations and give us the code so we can access and secure the yard when we leave. You can also give us a key, garage/gate code or leave the gate unlocked. If we come to your house and cannot access your yard due to a locked gate or your dog will not allow us, we will skip your visit for that week and try again on your next scheduled visit.

ROCKS

If the area that we are cleaning is in rocks, an additional fee of $3 per visit will apply.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS

We will always do our best to clean your yard the best that we can. We understand that maintaining your yard is a lot of work and it may not always be in the best shape. Please understand that it can be very difficult to find dog poop in tall grass or in a yard full of leaves or other debris. If your grass is tall when we come, do not be surprised when you uncover some dog waste that we may have missed. We will be back on our next scheduled visit and will likely get anything we missed when yard maintenance is complete. If you find an excessive amount that we missed, please let us know as soon as possible and we will get it taken care of.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Poo Squad will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. We cannot work through severe thunderstorms, flooding or an accumulation of snow. Poo Squad is a MONTHLY subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. We still have to pick up all of the poop from the previous week. In these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. If you need it cleaned up before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to get it cleaned as our schedule allows, but cannot guarantee it. We also do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.

HOLIDAYS Poo Squad only recognizes Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri of Thanksgiving week, the week between Christmas and New Years day as holidays that we do not provide service. If your pick up day falls on one of these 9 days, we will skip that pick up and pick up at your next scheduled pick up. There are no refunds for a missed pick up. Please note, if you have biweekly service and we have to miss because of a snow day, holiday or other, it will be 4 weeks between pickups. We encourage everyone to weekly service to avoid this. We still have to do the work and pick up all of the poop from the week before.

BILLING

You MUST have an up to date credit or debit card on file for Poo Squad service. Poo Squad pre bills monthly for our service. Your account will be charged monthly on the same day that you sign up for service. For example, you sign up for service on May 7th, your card will be charged every month following on the 7th. If your card does not go through, we will discontinue service immediately until the issue has been fixed. If more than 30 days has passed since your last clean up, a first time clean up fee will apply. We will only pause service for periods of 30 days or longer. ADDITIONAL FEES – Here is a list of things we charge extra for Cleaning dog waste out of rocks ($3/visit) Yards bigger than 1/8th of an acre (based on size) Front yard (based on size) Cleaning/sanitizing dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($5/visit) Loose stool ($1/pile) this only applies if it is on a regular basis. PRIVACY POLICY – Your information is for Poo Squad use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.

REVISIONS

We may revise these terms of service at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time and take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you. We will also let you know by email when any changes are made. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
